- Led the end-to-end UI/UX redesign of Whipcare from v1.0 to v2.0, covering user research, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping across both the mobile app and web platform.
- Designed core product features including the smart bidding system, predictive maintenance dashboard, Vehicle Health AI, and fleet management tools, translating complex user needs into intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces.
- Defined and established Whipcare's visual design language including colour system, typography, component library, and UX copy, ensuring a consistent, trustworthy experience across all touchpoints for car owners, service providers, and fleet managers.

I have a background in Business Administration, which has shaped the way I approach product design by helping me understand the balance between business strategy and user needs. My journey into design began with UI/UX design and quickly evolved into a passion for creating digital products that solve meaningful problems through thoughtful, user-centered experiences.
Over the past three years, I've worked with startups and growing teams, designing products across education, recruitment, AI, mobility, and B2B SaaS.
