Project Description
Digisperts Workforce is an end-to-end tech recruitment platform designed to simplify hiring for employers and candidates alike. Designed for the growing tech ecosystem across Africa, Europe, and America, the platform features a specialised job board, a real-time applicant-tracking system, skill assessments, and career insights that make hiring more transparent, efficient, and data-driven.

Background
With the growing demand for global tech talent, Digisperts Workforce was created to bridge the gap between employers and skilled professionals. The platform combines a tech-focused job board, real-time application tracking, and verified skill assessments to deliver a more transparent, efficient, and human-centered hiring experience for both candidates and recruiters.
Process
This project followed an end-to-end product design process, including research, user flows, wireframing, interface design, prototyping, usability validation, and developer handoff. Each phase was guided by user needs and business objectives to create a seamless tech hiring experience.
Research & Planning
Conducted competitor and market research to understand the challenges of modern tech recruitment and identify opportunities for differentiation. Analysed candidate and employer pain points, defined user personas, mapped hiring workflows, and prioritised features such as a niche job board, transparent ATS, skill verification, and candidate dashboards.Design & Prototyping
Design & Prototype
Designed intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces focused on simplifying the hiring experience for both candidates and employers. Built interactive prototypes, established a scalable design system, and iterated on designs through stakeholder feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Development & Implementation
Worked closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs into production. Supported the development process through QA testing, design reviews, and iterative refinements, while ensuring the platform remained scalable, responsive, and aligned with the intended user experience.
